What Birch Bay Leisure Park is all about.
Established as a nonprofit corporation in Washington state in 1970, the association operates a recreational vehicle park situated on 80 acres of land with 718 membership sites.
Prospective members are welcome to browse through our park. Just register at the gate and enjoy our friendly, family oriented park with year-round maintained lawns and site properties.
Who owns Birch Bay Leisure Park?
The park is owned by Birch Bay Leisure Park Association, which in turn is owned by the membership. Each member is entitled to the exclusive use of a particular site.
There is a seven member board of directors elected by the membership to run the operation and expenditures of the park. The day-to-day operations are handled by a full-time General Manager with full-time maintenance and office staff. Birch Bay Leisure Park maintains live-in security with extra security on weekends and holidays. The park is governed by rules, regulations and by-laws, copies of which are provided to all members.

Transfer of memberships and trailers
Members handle the sales of their units. There is a fee payable to record the transfer of a membership certificate.
The transfer of ownership of a unit is the responsibility of the purchaser and can be completed at the county court house in Bellingham.
